Love Destroys Fear

The reason we do what we do is because we love the Lord Jesus Christ, we love Him because He first loved us, because He gave Himself for us.

“Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.” (1st John 4:10)

We continue in what we do without fear because He has promised to never leave us or forsake us, even in the valley of the shadow of death, He is with us.

“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;” (Matt. 5:44)

Our hope is that they will hear the truth and turn from their wicked ways, from their rebellion from Him who reigns on high over all of creation, we do so in love because we know their end if they do not repent.

An eternity of suffering.

We are being sanctified, we are being taught, if only in the most rudimentary forms, how to be citizens of our eternal home, how to be holy, to behave in a manner that is representative of Him whom we serve, of Him who has chosen us.

“For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.” (1st Cor. 12:12)

All who have been born again have been blessed with eternal life, each of us have been given gifts that are to be used for His glory, each of us are expected to hone those gifts, to seek to be perfected in them, for the edification, the Spiritual growth of the body, and always for the glory of God.

In these actions, we are taught how to die to self, while the world grows exponentially in the love of self, we are being taught how to hear with the Spirit, while many who claim to serve Him search for those who will scratch their itchy ears. We pray for wisdom, not the wisdom of the world, but at the same time we ask for the truth of Proverbs 21:12a to be revealed to us. “The righteous man wisely considereth the house of the wicked:”

We pray for Spiritual discernment so that we may know the will of God in our lives, while the world plunges headlong into Spiritual deception. We plead with the Lord to bless us with a heart that can discern between good and evil, for darkness is beginning to cover this planet, and the truth of Isaiah 5:20 is seen by us.

“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”

Our sanctification is reliant upon truth, “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32)

And that prayer is brought to the throne of God by us daily, for lies are abounding, the deceptions are growing.

We are being made into the image of the Son of God, and yet we find no place within ourselves to say that in any way we are worthy of this blessing. In one regard my friends, in these last days of the Gentiles, we are this world’s best and only hope, we have been sent to offer the only message that matters.

“But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.” (Eze. 18:21)

Our adversary can see us, that does not matter, wicked men who obey him and their own selfish pride watch us, let them. The world hates us as we offer the message of love.

“If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.” (John 15:18)

We are the light of this world, and we have been sent into the darkness with it. Do so without fear, rest in the promises, let the fruit of the Holy Spirit within you be visible to all you meet, grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord, stand firm on the Rock of your salvation and trust in the promises, for He who has promised is faithful.

He loved you before you loved Him, while you were still a sinner, He died for you.

Let His love destroy all the anxiety in you.

There are several items I would ask you to consider before you click on the Donate button.

1.    Please pray carefully about donating; “Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.” (2nd Cor. 9:7)

2.    Your first responsibility is to the Lord; “Honor the LORD with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase”: (Prov. 3:9)

3.    You must consider your family after your first responsibility; “But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” (1st Tim. 5:8)

4.    If you determine that you have been blessed by this ministry and decide to donate, please know this, your donations will be accepted with great thanks, and all the glory will go to God.
