They are trying to hold you down, attempting to create even the smallest amount of doubt in your mind, nothing has changed, you should not only be well aware of this, but well prepared for it. “Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” (Gen. 3:1) And after Eve responds with the truth, a lie is spoken, by the master and father of them. (John 8:44) “And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die.” (Gen. 3:4) Accompanied with a half-truth, what many like to call a “white lie.”
Deception, lies, false perspectives cleverly meant to be enticing. Nothing has changed, everything being done today by our adversary is meant to affect the thinking of the individual, and that is best done when it is accomplished on a grand scale, the case today is somewhat modified, hopelessness has been added into the equation, “No one can do anything about it, so, we might as will learn to accept it.” It never hurts to put a little enforcement behind the hopelessness, a realization that if any believe the lie to be a lie, they can be either subverted or silenced.
This is the way it has always been when the weak attempt to overthrow the strong, destroy hope first, and perseverance in the cause they hold will begin to dissipate, they will begin to doubt. “In your patience possess ye your souls.” (Luke 21:19) “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” (Rev. 12:11) “Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.” (Deut. 31:6)
Faith is assurance, faith is our unwavering belief and trust in Jesus Christ, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Heb. 11:1)
I am not sure if you have noticed this or not, but I do not believe anyone alive today, or in the past, though I may be wrong here, has ever seen all the demons gathered together to begin a war upon the human race, “Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.” (Heb. 13:2) So, that means angels can take physical form that is visible to us. Why not demons, why have they not simply appeared and taken over, one more than likely could quite easily destroy the armed forces of an entire nation. The only answer I have is that the Almighty has deemed it not to be so, He has allowed him subterfuge, He has granted him to be the prince of the power of the air, (Eph. 2:2) but not to make himself or those that fell with him visible to us in blatant power, conquering completely by force, but instead by lies.
That in itself creates doubt in the lost, but it should never be so with us. Doubt, subtlety, lies, innuendos, these are the tools Satan is allowed to use, never think of this as a battle between good and evil, God has always reigned supreme, and always will, Satan can whisper, the Lord God shouts.
Man, especially lost men, are his best tool, those in high places can be as easily deceived as the fool, and in fact are of much better use to him, for money creates within itself a type of power, and the love of it is the root of all evil. His main focus in these days is to create a sense of hopelessness, a type of obedience that is harsh, but is molded to be seen as for the benefit of the entire race, and those who disobey, those that will be punished, will be seen as the offenders who were punished for the good of all. “Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.” (Prov. 4:5)
Jesus Christ is the Truth, without faith, it is impossible to please Him. (Heb. 11:6) The deeds men will do, and have already begun, will be seen as good, for evil will be called good in the last days. (Isaiah 5:20) Those who know and expound the truth to others must be silenced, for evil cannot stand in the light. (John 3:20) Those in positions of power will do all that is possible to silence the truth, they always have, they are aware that if the narrative they are expounding is held up to the light, to the truth, it will shatter.
The days of the gentiles are coming to a close, as the faithful begin to doubt, evil will grow, it has been foretold, it is happening. No one can stop what is coming, but we do not need to doubt, we need to warn, because the available time to do so is coming to an end.
