You Cannot Be Wrong

We cannot be wrong; it is imperative that we are never wrong. I know that seems like a tall order, an impossible task, but you must do everything that you possibly can to make this the path of your walk with Christ.

Every born-again believer is an ambassador of the kingdom of God, (2 Cor. 5:20) we are the saints, (Romans 1:7) we have a responsibility greater than any other group on this planet, we speak for God. I am not saying we must be perfect, that would be impossible, but we must be aware at all times of what we are saying when we speak, specifically when we are expounding upon the truths of Scripture, when we are speaking truth. You must understand this, it is not our truth, we are simply the messengers, but messengers are expected to give the message they were sent to give, nothing more, nothing less.

There are many subjects that are not related to salvation that many believe are, certain works that some say must be performed, baptism, prayers said in a specific way and even at a specific time, here you will find much contention from those who have either been deceived or will not submit to the truths easily found in the Scripture by the one who through prayer studies spends time in the word. Two of the main falsehoods that you will find when speaking with those who are not “rightly dividing the word of truth,” (2 Tim. 2:15) are verses taken out of context, and singular verses without wisdom being applied from 2 Peter 1:20, “Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.”

Here is where the wisdom that can only come from the Lord must be applied, here, in the truth, is where we will find if we are willing to stand, or if we will fall to the same deceptions that so many have fallen into.

Most recently I have been speaking with two groups of individuals that do not have the wisdom that I speak of, those who are misinterpreting and adding their own ideologies to certain verses. The one are the “dreams and vision” people, highly charismatic for the most part, emotion based instead of faith based, the other would be the either post or mid tribulationist. Neither of those groups can give contextual verses for what they believe, but each of them, even after hearing the truths from the Scriptures, for the most part, will refuse to repent of their faults in these areas, and instead continue down the wrong path. “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” (Prov. 1:7) And only for one reason, pride.

Pride is the central theme of every religious institution, every false prophet, ever person that willingly, after being confronted with the truth, will still grasp firmly onto, and not let go. We do not like to be proven wrong, even by God. “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” (2 Tim. 3:13) These are the days we live in, these are the accumulation, the proofs of the falling away spoken of in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, those with itchy ears, (2 Tim. 4:3) will listen only to what makes them believe themselves to be correct, and they will congregate together, stick together, and stay together, even unto the believing of lies, rather than accepting their ideas as wrong.

When you open your mouth to speak, you must be able to, without a shadow of a doubt, give accurate, concise, in context truths to whatever subject matter is being discussed. Your opinions hold no value, if you do not know, inform the person that you are speaking with that you will get back to them. Pray for the Lord to show you the truth about the matter, and then confidently expound it to that person.

My friends, that truth is going to get a lot of people killed very soon, and if not killed, then mocked and ridiculed, imprisoned and subjected to suffering. Those things, with the strength of the Lord and His blessings, we can handle, standing in front of Him on our day of accounting and trying to explain lies to Him that we spoke to others will not be so easy.

  1. Hmmm.
Waiting for the AC to be revealed first is a very dangerous and false position to hold on.
I really hope that is not a salvation issue, but many will find themselves in that horrible 7yr tribulation period.
Now is the day of salvation! It is finished!!

  2. “Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” Matt. 7:14 Few, not most, not many, few. It is sad to say, but most people who believe they are saved are not, they believe that sacrifice is more important than obedience, (1st Sam. 15:22) and so their obedience is based only on their perception of the truths of Scripture, their works. If we are going to be effectual witnesses for Christ, we must be sure that what we speak is the truth of the Word of God. Anyone who recognizes the anti-christ has already been left behind. “For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.” He who now lets is the Holy Spirit, once He is removed, the born-again believers will be removed with Him, then the tribulation period begins.
