A wicked cause requires a smooth orator, so it would be exceptionally wise of you to keep all your armor on at all times, for the days are indeed wicked.
In many nations today the approval ratings by the people of those who are in authority over them is extremely low, for they have proven themselves to be liars, ergo the people see their cause as wicked, irresponsible towards those they are to represent, but their words flow smoothly. They entice with promises, they garner to themselves loyalists, most generally those that have and will continue to be rewarded if they remain loyal.
The people in many of these nations have started to use the words communistic, socialistic, even fascism, and so once again the search for another smooth orator begins, one who will tickle their ears with promises never meant to be kept.
Satan searches for such men, men who are subtle, who can lie without flinching, who care little about anything but themselves, and he is finding them in great measure these days.
“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.” (Prov. 29:2)
Prepare for much mourning my friends, for nearly all in those positions of authority are seeking to gain the whole world.
The words of Romans chapter eight are being brought up in many who have been born-again today, how much are we to submit to evil rulers, to those whose only focus is complete and total obedience to their desires?
“For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.” (Romans 13:4)
When are we to obey without question, and when are we to disobey?
More mandates are coming, rationing of needed items will not be far behind, laws are being enacted that for simply speaking one’s mind will place you behind bars, wicked causes are seen as good, and the good as evil. When is the person of God to stop submitting to those in authority, that is the question you must ponder, for those days have arrived.
Daniel’s three friends should come to your mind, if you are one who believes that every statute and law should be obeyed. “But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.” (Daniel 3:18)
How are we to know when to stop rendering to Caeser?
This question may end up being very personal for some of us, of that we can be assured. Those who will not love their lives during the days of the Tribulation will disobey, for they will refuse to receive the mark, our brothers and sisters in Christ who live in countries where even mentioning the name of the Lord Jesus Christ disobey, and some pay with their lives. How sure are you that you are to obey without question those in authority over us?
As I stated, this may become extremely personal to you. But I fear that many will just do as they are told, as our adversary said, “Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.” (Job 2:4)
Churches across the planet told those in the pews they could not return without a mask over their face, then they partitioned the seating arrangements, then they locked their doors, and then those who would not receive the vaccination were not allowed entrance into what they still had the gall to call a house of worship.
And they will do so again.
Is obedience to the government to be blind, without question? To what end have you been blessed with Spiritual discernment then?
Smooth orators can deceive many, and wicked causes require them. As I said, this may become a very personal issue for some of us.
