You are safe, he can only do as much as he is allowed to.
I do not know how many demons, devils if you prefer, that there are, and I also do not know how many born-again believers there are, but I do not believe that everyone of us has a devil checking up on us occasionally. I see no proof or substantiation in the Word of God for this, and so one can only presume that those that are being used mightily by the Lord for His glory are being noticed, and others, not so much.
Satan can see the Holy Spirit, of that I remain sure of, and so those that the Holy Spirit resides within are noticeable to him, all others, as they say, are fair game, but again, that is only conjecture. I also believe that there was a time when the Lord called Satan to a meeting place, and there the rules were laid out, this is how much you can do, who you can do it to, and to what degree. Those rules are non-negotiable, cannot be modified or the boundaries of them stepped over, they are cast in stone, so to speak, and I do not believe that the Lord has ever modified them.
How then do we account for the blatant evil that has pervaded the world exponentially in just the past few decades? “Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience.” (Eph. 2:2) If we are to infer these words to mean that Satan can control the elements of the planet, then does that explain all the incredible earthly events that have been happening lately, is he causing the fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, and all of these other “natural disasters” while at the same time men who have only the wisdom of the world are crying aloud “climate change!” Or are these events caused by the Lord God, while Satan is continuing to deceive, on a much grander scale, nearly the entire race.
The first part of the account of the Book of Job is what I would like to reference here, specifically, “And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.” (Job 2:3) Satan gave an accusation against Job, then offered the words recorded for us in Job 1:10, “Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.” And then God says He did the initial damage.
Who is lighting all those fires, who is causing all these floods and other events that would have been rare just a few short years ago, but now are so commonplace that few pay attention to them, except when they are personally affected by them.
Satan can do very little, if anything, of his own free will, and he can do nothing, at least in my understanding that steps over those boundaries that have been set in place by the Lord God, the same boundaries, so to speak, as when He said to the sea, “And said, Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further: and here shall thy proud waves be stayed?” (Job 38:11)
In the long run, as they say, it really matters very little, they are occurring, along with the falling away, (2 Thess. 2:3) all of the events leading toward forced obedience, and other items, they are clear to those that the Lord has blessed with eyes to see and ears to hear, and that is what really matters. What matters is not the who, but how we are approaching those who are also witnessing these events, are you warning those who still believe in the climate change lie, are you speaking the truth to them about the Sovereign Lord that is in control of all of His creation? You are safe, if you have been crucified with Christ, they are not, and that is what really matters.
