Time To Stand

If you smoke cigarettes long enough, you will probably face some adverse effects from them sooner or later, if you ingest a lot of sugar, expect diabetes, a lot of fatty foods, well, you guessed it, you will probably get fat. “For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.” (1st Tim. 4:8)

Satan has made incredible advances over just the last two or three years, a sure sign of the apostacy and coming tribulation for those who will be left behind, but I would ask you to notice something, if you have not yet, he is attempting to use a form of love in doing so. Now, not the love as we have always known it to be, but an almost forced love, if you will.

Overweight people are rarely now told to begin eating properly and in moderation, along with some exercise, but it is called “fat shaming” now to even mention someone’s weight. Those who are confused about their sexuality are not only to be accepted but lifted up in praise as being brave and courageous, people who steal now in many places are to be allowed to, for to speak against it would denigrate their place in society. And as for the color of a person’s skin, well, that all depends on what color your skin is today, doesn’t it. Racism is now color blind my friends.

We are in a sense being forced to love, or there will be personal retribution upon your person. Enablement and acceptance without question, no matter the person’s motives that has fallen into sin, or those who say you should not judge will judge you.

“Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” (Matt. 15:14)

But in all reality, the one leading them is far from blind, he knows exactly what he is doing.

Iniquity is abounding, the Almighty is giving many over to a reprobate mind, yet we are told to stand, to stand for what the truths of what God says men and women of the Lord are to be. Even an idle word in a seemingly innocuous conversation today can cost you much, but the question is, are you willing to speak those words?

One of the main mistakes I am witnessing lately is men and women of God calling out the evil that unsaved people are doing, not that it’s wrong to do so, we should speak against it when we are called to, but what I have rarely heard is this statement, “What are you doing about it?” In other words, the speaker gives the information, shows the evil, praises God for His continual blessing on those who are clinging to His Son, but rarely looks in the eyes of those he is speaking to and asks the most important question, are you standing for Christ against the ever increasing evil of these days, or are you just a bystander?

“Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.” (James 4:17)

Satan and those in his world are attempting to make this form of love mandated, the evil deeds and lifestyles of those who have been given over to a reprobate mind, and if you attempt to stand against these individuals, there will be personal retribution. “Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph.” (Amos 5:15)

When are you going to start standing?

There are several items I would ask you to consider before you click on the Donate button.

1.    Please pray carefully about donating; “Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.” (2nd Cor. 9:7)

2.    Your first responsibility is to the Lord; “Honor the LORD with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase”: (Prov. 3:9)

3.    You must consider your family after your first responsibility; “But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” (1st Tim. 5:8)

4.    If you determine that you have been blessed by this ministry and decide to donate, please know this, your donations will be accepted with great thanks, and all the glory will go to God.
