If they want it, they are going to take it, and you will not be able to stop them.
The proverbial “They” of course is not some invisible, unseen force, though, whether they realize it or not, they are controlled by one, that is they, whether they like it or not, are also “Theys.” Even if your house and property are paid for, it can be taken, no matter if you live in a nation that taxes them or not, it is called eminent domain, and the powers that be, the “Theys” we are speaking about, have that power, to take what they want, when they want.
On a very large scale this is possible because of their control of the military strength at their disposal, but that strength must be appeased on a regular basis, or they too, for they also are part of the general class of the populace, will revolt. It is a fine balance, this game they are preparing to play, it has been planned for a very long time, and it will happen, just search the Scriptures for these truths. Rome, the iron in the dream of Daniel, will re-arise, ten nations, the ten toes of clay, will be the only nations left, out of nearly two hundred now, ten will rule.
The path to complete obedience that “they” are requiring is not one that Spirit filled men of God follow very well, we already have One that we serve, a man cannot walk two paths at once. “A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” (James 1:8) We, as slaves of Jesus Christ, have a freedom that we do not nor will we ever comprehend, we are thus called, yet we still have free will. Not so with what is approaching, “They” will not allow free will, and it is the recent decades and even centuries of obedience that will show people just what they truly own, and that will be nothing, not even their lives.
What some individuals have been thinking is beyond me, they have willingly over these past few decades been slowly giving up their freedoms for a supposed security offered by others, by the “Theys.” But there are still individuals who realize that freedom in never free, it must be fought for, and if it is of any value, it must be paid for in blood. The price that was paid for us on the cross is the ultimate proof of this, the price that the born-again believers may be asked to pay is much less grievous, we are simply to say, “Thy will be done.”
Satan is beginning to move at a ferocious pace, which can only mean that the hand of the Lord has been removed from these places, that our adversary is being allowed more freedom. Not a blade of grass moves on this planet unless it is allowed to by Almighty God, so we have no fear of our adversary or of any man, but there are those who do not know or understand these truths, and in these days of evil, the beginnings of sorrows, (Matt. 24:8) we are responsible to tell them the truth.
They will, for the most part, treat you as they did Jeremiah, you will be scorned, mocked, and ridiculed, perhaps even placed in jail. They will treat you as they did the prophets of God, as they did the apostles, as they have treated disrespectfully and in persecution, as they have always treated the people of God. You see my friends, “They” have never changed, it has always been the same they, just in different times in the history of man.
As it begins to unfold, you do not need to be overly concerned, you should be expecting it, but are you willing to finally give up everything, are you prepared to finally lose it all, even your very freedoms, perhaps your life, for the Lord. Many are going to be posed this opportunity, many will allow all they have to be taken by the powers of darkness that are coming in exchange for the life they cannot see. You are not so fortunate, if you are a born-again believer, you are not blind, you know who “They” are, you know why they are doing what they are doing, the question is, what are you going to do about it. Here is where your only true freedom will be known, the freedom that the world has never understood, the complete free will to submit to the will of the Lord God.
When our brothers and sisters in the past were cast into prison, they sang, we have this example in Acts 16:25, when they were beaten they rejoiced, (Matt. 5:11) when they were cast to the lions, when they were killed by the hundreds of thousands by the Roman Catholic Church during the inquisition, when they were beheaded by the followers of religious sects last week and the week before, they rejoiced, they praised the name of the Most High God, they freely submitted to His will in their lives. In the tribulation period, they will not love their lives to the end. (Rev. 12:11)
It is our time now, we have been chosen before the foundation of the world by the Lord God to live in this time, we are being blessed to see the beginnings of sorrows. “They” are coming, you cannot stop these days, so only one question remains, who are you going to serve, and when are you going to start.
