The Right Reason

Those who are wise in the ways of the world are those that are leading this world, not small cities, or even small countries, but the path of the entire planet. Man does not need the help of Satan to destroy man, but his assistance is rarely turned down, although they may not see him or his fellow demons as such. He can turn himself into an angel of light (2 Cor. 11:14) and those who fell with him are sometimes seen as ministers of righteousness, (2 Cor. 11:15) but such is accepted of one who walked in the garden, of one who has been upon the stones of fire, (Eze. 28:14) many thousands of years can make one quite wise in the ways of the world. His direction is always subtle, but there have been many throughout the ages who have known full well what they were doing and who they were following. They were indeed wise in the ways of the world.

We are told not to be so, (1 Cor. 1:26) yet we are also commanded to be “wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.” (Matt. 10:16) “The righteous man wisely considereth the house of the wicked: but God overthroweth the wicked for their wickedness.” (Prov. 21:12) And so although we are sheep, we are not to be unknowledgeable of our enemy. It is the good shepherd who watches continuously over us, (John 10:11) yet we are commanded to put on the whole armor, (Eph. 6:11) we are told that if we falter in the day of adversity, our faith is weak. (Prov. 24:10)

Many there are who cannot discern the Word of God in these matters, they will take no stand for Christ whatsoever, they have inadvertently shown the world that the Christian is no more than a stepping stone, a weak-kneed individual who will no more stand up for himself than for the One he professes to serve. We know by the wisdom and mercy of Christ their end, we know the power that resides within us, and so for those who have been blessed with the wisdom that can only come from Almighty God, we hold back, as it were, we feel love and pity for them, for unless they repent, all they have gained here will be all the reward they will ever know. We have the ability to cast mountains into the sea, (Mark 11:23) to cast out demons, to bring people to the cross of Christ, yet many who call Him Lord walk around in this life in fear, fear of those that we are never to fear.

The strength of the average Christian, as we shall name him here, is all but gone, they watch and do nothing as the world tears itself apart, they see blatant sin every day and say nothing about it, they have become nothing more than the laughing stock of society, the last opportunity of man to berate, mock, torture and kill with little retribution from the world. These days of fear have been brought upon us by us and our father’s inactions, the moral construct of humanity is at an all time low because we would not stand for the moral precepts of God. Sin never goes away, at least not permanently, it will sulk and slip away into a dark corner for a short time, but it does not sorrow, it plots and plans, it waits and is patient. When it returns, it finds less of those who are willing to stand for the truth, less of those who are willing to stand for Christ.

They will look from a distance, but rarely approach, they will speak in private about the degradation of the race of man, but rarely if ever approach it, they will run to the churches but rarely to the battle. “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” (Prov. 14:12) The possibility of offending, of seeming judgmental, of “not minding your own business,” these are the responses we give, but the truth is those who do such are simply afraid of the possible consequences to themselves if they speak a word, if they determine to take a stand.

The warriors for Christ are still out there, occasionally you will hear of one of them, rarely will you meet one in person, they have little time for the “professing with their lips only Christians,” but they will give their time to the weaker brother, especially the one they can see the fire of the Holy Spirit in. The time is approaching where you may need to take a stand, it may be the last time you are ever blessed to do so, do not miss it. War-scarred veterans are looked upon by the Lord with much favor, trust in the wisdom of God to lead you far beyond any wisdom this world has to offer.

There are several items I would ask you to consider before you click on the Donate button.

1.    Please pray carefully about donating; “Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.” (2nd Cor. 9:7)

2.    Your first responsibility is to the Lord; “Honor the LORD with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase”: (Prov. 3:9)

3.    You must consider your family after your first responsibility; “But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” (1st Tim. 5:8)

4.    If you determine that you have been blessed by this ministry and decide to donate, please know this, your donations will be accepted with great thanks, and all the glory will go to God.
