The End

The End. You have seen those words at the end of movies, read them on the last page of books, heard them when the work has been completed. But you will never hear them about your life.

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” (2nd Cor. 5:17)

Passed away is a statement people say when others die, of those that have been born-again, the old folks used to say, “He’s gone on to glory.” I do not recall hearing anyone ever say, “Well, she’s in hell now.”

There is no end for the human soul, every person ever born still exists, their consciousness still formulates thoughts, they still have emotions, memories, are cognizant and self-aware of who they are and their surroundings. No one will ever hear in relation to their existence, “The end.”

“And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.” (Daniel 12:2)

I believe everyone fully comprehends these truths, but most reject them, and those that will, if even in the smallest form accept that truth, that there is no end, base their ideologies of where they will spend eternity on their works here. In their vain imaginations they envision a place not really much different than here, yet without limits to their desires, unaccompanied by pain or sorrow, able to do as they please without repercussions for their actions. They see an admixture of heaven and hell.

Doubts and fears are what rule the lives of those who have not been saved by grace through faith when thoughts of their end here enters into their thoughts. Was I good enough, were the good deeds I did accepted, will the bad deeds be forgiven, if there is a God? He must be loving enough to understand that I meant no serious malice towards anyone, and those that I harmed deserved it.

“And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:” (Heb. 9:27)

Only the Holy Spirit can reveal the truth of eternity to people, and do you know how He does that?

Through you.

“Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.” (John 6:68)

And He gave them to you to reveal to others.

Many who witness to others want to speak to them about how the Lord can make things all better, how there is a love ever abounding and never ceasing available to them. Some will go as far as to tell them that it is necessary to count the cost first, for there will be trials and tribulations that will arrive in their lives if they receive what is offered. That emotions cannot rule in this life altering decision, logic must prevail.

But few will offer the truth in its entirety, that this decision will determine where you spend eternity, either in heaven where the truth of Psalm 16:11 will be known forever.

“Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”

Or for all of time, without ceasing, they will experience Isaiah 66:24

“And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.”

No one is ever going to experience “The End,” everyone exists forever.

The first person to enter hell has walked its length and breadth for thousands of years and has yet to find a way out, and perhaps even today as you read this still holds onto a form of hope that when he stands before the Lord at the Great White Throne of Judgment that He will be merciful.

He will not.

The Lake of Fire is the end of all hope, but those there will exist forever. These truths must be revealed to those you witness to, if not, you have not revealed all the truths revealed to you.

There are several items I would ask you to consider before you click on the Donate button.

1.    Please pray carefully about donating; “Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.” (2nd Cor. 9:7)

2.    Your first responsibility is to the Lord; “Honor the LORD with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase”: (Prov. 3:9)

3.    You must consider your family after your first responsibility; “But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” (1st Tim. 5:8)

4.    If you determine that you have been blessed by this ministry and decide to donate, please know this, your donations will be accepted with great thanks, and all the glory will go to God.
