The Confident Time

“And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?” (Matt. 8:29)

There is a time appointed for evil to no longer be an influencing factor, and this is not just the evil of Satan and those who were followers of his lies that day in heaven, but of all wicked and vile men and women who despise the name of the Almighty, it is the purpose of the Lake of Fire.

To be glorified is to mean to have every last vestige of sin removed from us, yet still retaining our free will, an incomprehensible time to imagine for us who serve the Lord Jesus Christ here.

“For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.” (Rev. 22:15)

I do not understand this verse, for the new heaven and earth have been created by the Almighty, New Jerusalem has come down, all seems as if evil has been removed, yet “for without” is that which we abhor.

That group of devils that were cast into the herd of swine knew that the time to be cast into the pit was not yet, which by default would mean they knew when that time is.

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:” (1st Peter 5:8)

Satan does not begin his roaring until the moment of the Rapture, for at that very moment he is no longer allowed access to the throne of the Living God to accuse the brethren, there is none left to accuse on the earth, we stand in that moment in the presence of God, and the seven-year time of Jacob’s Troubles are about to begin.

There is a time set for everything, and it is the Most High that determines those times, the servant does not need to know these times, we are to serve as we have been commanded to. It is one of the reasons that you will read in these letters the following words so often, “no matter the circumstances or the possible consequences to ourselves.”

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.” (Isaiah 55:8)

I place these questions before you for your contemplation, if you knew the time that you would be born-again, would you hasten towards it, or sin vigorously until that moment, knowing that sin afterward would cause the chastisement of the Lord to fall upon you? If you knew the time, the exact moment of your death, how would you live your life today for His glory?

The devils know there is a time coming, one from which after that moment there will be no escape.

“And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.” (Jude 1:6)

How would you behave if you knew without a doubt that pain and torment was your eternal destiny?

Now, my friends, how should you live your life knowing that you are one of the few that has been shown the way to that strait gate, that you will be in the presence of the Living God for all eternity, that you are an heir to the Kingdom of heaven? If the fallen angels know without a doubt, you should also, there should be no doubts of any kind in your mind.

“For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.” (2nd Tim. 1:12)

Words cannot express the freedom these truths offer to those who are hid in Christ, to know, with not one single doubt that you have been chosen by the Living God to be in the presence of the fullness of joy, that pleasures forevermore await you, that no one can take us out of His hands, that nothing can separate us from His love.

“O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!” (Romans 11:33)

The time of the Gentiles is coming to a close, expect pain, but think more of eternal time, of time without end of no pain, no sin, no sorrow or tears. Be as confident of that time for you as those who were cast into the swine are for them.

“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” (1st Cor. 2:9)

There are several items I would ask you to consider before you click on the Donate button.

1.    Please pray carefully about donating; “Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.” (2nd Cor. 9:7)

2.    Your first responsibility is to the Lord; “Honor the LORD with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase”: (Prov. 3:9)

3.    You must consider your family after your first responsibility; “But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” (1st Tim. 5:8)

4.    If you determine that you have been blessed by this ministry and decide to donate, please know this, your donations will be accepted with great thanks, and all the glory will go to God.
