Wars and rumors of wars, and we are to comfort one another.
Lovers of self, while we continue to serve the Almighty for His glory, denying ourselves.
Economic crashes occurring across the planet, while those who have been born-again take no thought for tomorrow.
What we are witnessing is the end of the time of the Gentiles, and thereby all that mankind has known for over two thousand years, the way things were, they will never be again, and you must realize this truth, and accept your responsibility in it, we who are hid in Christ are the only ones that know the future in this regard.
“Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death.” (Prov. 11:4)
There are untold social media sites that profess gold, silver and other precious metals are imperative for you to purchase at this time, for they believe that once the dust settles, once mankind gets through these days, a form of normality will return.
The preppers, hoarders of almost everything imaginable, fill the airwaves professing that only those who have accumulated much will survive the coming, in their mind, temporary apocalypse.
The wealthy dig large edifices underground, preparing to survive as well, and then step out when all is said and done upon the ashes of what will be left, presuming to then be our new masters.
None who have not been saved by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ realize the truths you know.
“And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.” (Matt. 24:22)
The Rapture will happen exactly when the Most High says it is time, the door of heaven, as it were, will be shut to our adversary, he will no longer be allowed into the presence of the Almighty to accuse the brethren, and at that moment he will begin to fulfill Revelation 12:12.
“Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.”
Billions of people are going to die, riches will not save them, their hordes of goods, their underground bunkers, nothing is going to stop what is approaching. And we are the only people on this entire planet that know these truths.
“When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.” (Eze. 3:18)
My friends, if you believe some of those you speak to about the love and grace of the Lord see you as foolish now, which they do, just think how they must see us when we speak these truths to them. Pessimists, doomsayers, lack of faith in humanity, fear mongers, all this and much more.
Just a few short years ago I would not dare to write so boldly about these truths, no man should attempt to speak for the Lord unless they are absolutely positive that it is the Holy Spirit directing them to do so, and I will confess, when this particular subject matter begins to flow from my pen, as I watch my hand put these words to paper, I want to say with Jeremiah.
“Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay.” (Jer. 20:9)
I find no joy in these types of letters, I see death and suffering incomparable to anything in the history of mankind, terrible tribulation that will never be matched ever again.
“All these are the beginning of sorrows.” (Matt. 24:8)
This is where we are at, in the beginnings of sorrows, and if we spend the majority of our time contemplating our going home, then we are remiss in our duties, and why our Father in heaven chose us to live for Him in these last of days.
“I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?” (Luke 18:8)
The days are growing darker, take the light you have been blessed with into that darkness, every day.
