“And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?” (Matt. 8:29)
Whatever nation you live in, you are watching that nation collapse, perhaps in small ways, incrementally that only those who have been born-again can understand, perhaps in larger pieces at a time, where even the wicked can see the effects.
Our adversary is not allowed to simply have free reign over those who are hid in Christ, he must seek permission, but I am starting to wonder, will some form of blanket, if you will, permission be given to him in these last of days. The wheat must be cast into the air with the chaff, and the rain falls on the just and the unjust.
“Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.” (Job 1:10)
There are singular hedges of protection around us, but they may be, and please remember, this is only conjecture on the part of this old man, a hedge that is circled around all those who have been crucified with Christ. The Church, the body of Christ may suffer greatly as a whole before we meet the Lord in the air.
Our opening verse infers that those who were cast out with Satan have seen the pit, I will not delve into folklore or paintings and images produced of this, but it seems logical. Do they visit hell? Would you if you knew your end in that regard?
We are witnessing evil men being seduced by the powers of Spiritual darkness with promises that will never be fulfilled, these are not what many call “The Elites,” my friends, these people do not have a club they meet at, they do not have a title such as the WEF, the Skulls, or the Bilderberg group, you would not recognize one of them if they passed you on the street, but they are the most powerful men on the planet. Are they possessed? Possibly. Have they been given certain powers that others do not have? Most likely yes. Ten of them will sit as rulers of the nations, for there will only be ten nations. All others are attempting to simply get a piece of the action, they are willing to be slaves to power.
“And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:” (2nd Thess. 2:8)
My friends, I need you to understand this, it may get very bad before we are removed, you may be tossed up with the chaff several times. You need to be sure who it is you serve.
Most nations on this planet have millions of people in them, I can conceive of no action that would enable evil men to know the address and location of those who have been truly born-again, hence my meaning about the hedge that covers us as the body of Christ. This world may experience great turmoil before we are caught up in the air, and although that hedge is around us, it may be lowered. Not all the way, but enough for those who only profess to have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ to see that they were only professing Him with their lips.
“In your patience possess ye your souls.” (Luke 21:19)
“Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;” (Romans 12:12)
The beginnings of sorrows will have an end for us, either by our death or the Rapture, it should not matter which one to you. The Rock of our salvation cannot be shaken, it is our responsibility to stand firm upon it. Fear may come upon you, let your flesh fear, stay your mind on Him who has promised, for His promises are true.
