Borrowed Truths

Slow but Sure

“But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?” (Matt. 3:7) We don’t hear many people speaking like that to the leaders of false religions anymore, do we. We’re all just supposed to get along, all are to be allowed to make their own choices as to the god they serve, whether it be the One True God, one made up by man, or the god we call self, we have the power to do as we choose in this area, but we have no right to.

When the Lord Jesus sets His throne upon this earth, there will be no other gods served, He will declare a dictatorship, and all who attempt to oppose Him will be dealt with harshly, there will be no appeals court, no set of judges ruling from some bench, no excuses will be seen as viable, He will rule with a rod of righteousness.

When we meet those who are serving any other god than Christ, we are to inform them of their mistake, always in love, but always in firm truth, our convictions can find no place to hide in these moments, we must be prepared to suffer whatever consequences that come our way, or be prepared to face the consequences of our inactions from the One True Judge on our day of accounting. The only place that anyone ever can make a decision of their own accord to not follow Christ as Lord is in this life, everyone who has and will die in their sins is doing exactly what He wants, suffering for denying the Most Holy One. They now have, and forever more will never have, any other choice.

Anyone who believes completely and without question the Roman Catholic doctrines of salvation is going to die in their sins, all Buddhist, all of Islam, all Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses, every single person that denies Jesus Christ is Lord of Lords and King of Kings, that He alone without any other works is the only way to the Father is going to die in their sins and be cast into eternal damnation with no hope if they do not repent. I’m guessing you haven’t heard that preached in your church before, have you? And why not? Because those who stand behind the pulpits in many so-called Evangelical churches today do not serve Christ, but the people in the pews, those with itchy ears are the ones that sign their paychecks, those who don’t want anyone in the community to think poorly about them are the ones that hired them, those who are more concerned with the praise of men and their own self image are the ones that lead the church, not the Lord.

When did we lose the power of the Holy Ghost to speak boldly to the pharisees of our day, why don’t those who name Christ as Lord look at these hypocrites and say “Ye shall die in your sins.” (John 8:24) just like the Lord did to the false religious leaders of His day. When did we lose the convictions that we once held, the ability to speak the truth, when did we start to be more concerned with our own lives and welfare than the kingdom of God. The next phase has begun, not only are we not to speak against the religious freedoms all are supposed to be able to enjoy, but if you do not wear a mask, lock your church doors, and take the vaccine, you will not only be ostracized even further, but you will face the full force of the laws of man.

These individuals that fear to speak up about unrighteousness, who fear personal retribution from man instead of the fear of the Lord, who believe that the good Christian just keeps his mouth shut, will be left behind, and will see too late that they were wrong. All of what we are experiencing is leading not only to a one world government, but to a one world religious organization, (Rev. 17) how did you think it was going to appear, just overnight, do you not know that Satan works subtly, that he is the father of lies, (John 8:44) that he would first set up false religious organizations, deceiving many into not only believing in false gods, but informing all that everyone has the right to serve whatever god they choose, and you Christians just need to accept that.

The plan is so simple that I cannot believe more people don’t see it. “For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.” (Mark 13:22) Believers in Christ are not only to show the lost the way to the cross, they are to reprove and correct, (2 Tim. 3:16) they are to stand up against unrighteousness, (Psalm 94:16) they are to warn, (Eze. 3:19) and they are to battle against spiritual darkness in high places. (Eph. 6:12) But instead many just hide in their churches, they seek refuge instead of going into the battle, but now these individuals have a problem, don’t they, because the powers that be on this planet in many places are telling you to lock the doors of your church, to forsake the assembling of yourselves together, and what do the weakest of the leaders of these congregations do?

They obey, and then convince themselves that preaching to their computer monitor or a television camera is the same as their favorite verse they have been spouting for years now, “Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” (Heb. 10:25) I expected when this day came that many would fall, that religious freedom would lead to religious apathy, that there would be more chaff than wheat when the Lord began to separate the just from the unjust at His winnowing floor, I just wasn’t expecting there to be so much chaff, and so little wheat.
