If they are physically stronger, if there is more of them than you, if their form of armaments are of greater destructive power than yours, these are the reasons that certain men triumph over others. It is not fear that holds back the born-again believer, it is the inability to face and move forward through that fear, it is a lack of trust in the Lord that the direction you are on is the proper one in our eyes, it is not believing by faith that “If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” (Mark 9:23)
Evil is growing exponentially, a one world fascist organization is taking place right before our eyes, a portion of those who are protesting, who are in willful, direct disobedience to this foreseeable path are just as wicked as those who are forcing this path upon us, their right, if not done for the glory of God, is of no more value to the kingdom than those they are opposing. And some of the Christians? I have yet to see them stand, instead they are locking their church doors, hiding in their homes, listening to the pastor’s podcast, perhaps, and then hoping it all comes to an end, that the spiritual darkness will be defeated by the Lord and they can get back to their lives.
Many will not speak, for they fear persecution and death more than they will admit, in closed circles they will openly revolt, they will voice their dissention to what is occurring around the world to those who they can trust, or to those who have no real hand in the matter, those who simply listen but hold no more secular power then they themselves do. Until they are shut to us, every available outlet to the world should be used to warn all that will listen of the coming tribulation, of the way out of the wrath of God that is approaching, against spiritual darkness in high places. “But they have the police, the military, the powers of this world at their disposal, I have a family to concern myself with.” My friends, what do you think is going to happen not only to you but to your family if you do not stand for Christ in these days, how long do you believe you can hide in your house before the knock is heard on your door, and then the door crashes open, it has happened many times before, and it will happen again.
These days were expected, did we desire to be a part of them? Of course not, but that question is irrelevant, we are, and so the next question is the only relevant one, they are here, and what are you going to do about it? “Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” (Eph. 6:13) Not hide, not lock your church doors, not speak in whispers behind closed doors, to stand in the evil day, to say out loud to all that will listen in every way possible, “This is coming, and this is what is going to happen.”
Jeremiah did so for forty years, and only one man out of all those thousands was spared, Ebedmelech. (Jer. 38:7-12, 39:15-18) The entire nation of Israel did, until the Romans proved too much for them, because of their numbers? Their overwhelming military strength? No, because they did not fervently with all their heart as one people seek and trust in the Lord. How many hundreds of thousands were scattered by the angel of the Lord, how many were laying there dead when the four lepers came upon them? (2 Kings:7) Was the Red Sea parted or not?
Jesus spoke right to the faces of the hypocritical religious leaders of His day, He made a whip and cast out those in the house of the Lord God, and did they still kill Him? No. “No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.” (John 10:18)
We are in the same circumstances, the world is never going to return to what it was, Satan knows his time is short, the Lord’s plan has not changed, the great and terrible day of the Lord is approaching fast, and we are not to run and hide, we are not to love our lives to the end, we are to prepare our hearts to die in the service of the Lord Jesus, all else, anything else will be seen as a disservice to our King. There are more of them, they are stronger in the flesh than we are, and they have weapons at their disposal that we cannot even begin to conceive, but we are the victors.
In these days that are coming you must remember the promises, you must remember that “He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.” (John 12:25) You must believe with all your heart that “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” (Romans 8:18) All of those Scripture verses that you have memorized must now be put into practice, the time to begin to accept that your deliverance from those evil days may come through your death and not the rapture must be given serious thought, that you may be called to be in the fellowship of His suffering. I hope not, not only for those that I love and cherish as my brothers and sisters in Christ, but for myself also, but that is not my choice, the decision has been left in the hands of our loving Savior long before the foundation of the world was created.
But the choice of how we will serve has been left entirely up to us, and we must not defame by choice the name of our Lord by our inactions in these days, the lost need to hear the truth, and only the saved can do that. Prepare yourself to stand, give yourself no other options, prepare to meet our King in whatever way He has decided for each of us to. Become sure of your faith. Stand.
