One Of Them

Many, if not most of the people you meet that claim to be Christians are in fact not saved, notwithstanding the Romanists, Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses and other religious organizations that proclaim some work, some deed on our part is necessary to complete, if you will, what the Lord Jesus Christ accomplished on the cross.

Most of these I speak of sit in what are considered Evangelical churches, yet if you perform diligent research, you will find that the majority of those major denominations have also bowed the knee to Romanism and its great deception. The verse stands as a truth, and I repeat it many times in these letters to you, “This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.” (Matt. 15:8) and I do so not only because of the sadness in my heart knowing that those who do so will be left behind, and have no further opportunity to enter into the Kingdom of the Most High, but also because, to put it bluntly, it angers me greatly.

How do the lost see Christ when these people do not live a Holy life, when they can see little difference in these supposed Christians throughout the week. They speak as they do, they have the same interests as them, they attend the same functions, watch the same television programs and listened to the same music, even their speech varies little from theirs. These individuals’ vehicle may be in a church parking lot on Sunday morning, they themselves may be performing the obligatory statutes within that building, but their hearts, the heart they say belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ, is not.

“Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?” (Matt. 7:22)

These will have a myriad of excuses, and I personally believe, though I have no proof from the Scriptures beyond this verse, that the Lord will listen to each and every one of them. But then they will exhaust every excuse, they will have had at least a thousand years to memorize them in hell, yet every one of them will avail them nothing.

My heart is poured out in these poorly written letters, doing what I am being led to write in an attempt to provoke you into action for these lost souls, for that is what they are. “Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.” (2nd Tim. 3:5) You will hurt their feelings, they may never speak to you again, it may be necessary for you to leave that church, for rebuking, reproving and correcting are not well accepted in these days.

“Why didn’t you warn me,” is not something you want to hear directed towards you from the pit of hell as you stand in heaven my friends.

These people dishonor the name of the living God, and as David did, that should cause you to act, it should cause you to at least perform the action of love called warning. If it does not, then you must consider this about yourself, do you not love them enough, do you not love the Lord that much, have you prepared your excuse on your day of accounting, or are you one of them?

There are several items I would ask you to consider before you click on the Donate button.

1.    Please pray carefully about donating; “Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.” (2nd Cor. 9:7)

2.    Your first responsibility is to the Lord; “Honor the LORD with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase”: (Prov. 3:9)

3.    You must consider your family after your first responsibility; “But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” (1st Tim. 5:8)

4.    If you determine that you have been blessed by this ministry and decide to donate, please know this, your donations will be accepted with great thanks, and all the glory will go to God.
