No Shame

“And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.” (Gen. 3:8)

How many people do you suppose the Lord simply looked at who were living a life of blatant sin just immediately stopped, how many, just by His glance from across the room were convicted on the spot and the shame of their lives poured over them?

Sin causes shame, or at least it should, no matter what that sin is, if one continues in it, that shame will dissipate over time, and the action of it will no longer bring upon that person any regret whatsoever, which is a sister to shame. When an individual reaches that point, you know that the Almighty has given them over to a reprobate mind.

Pride comes next, a self-appreciation that they have no longer become constrained to the will of not only God’s moral laws, but mans, and mankind, those of the world, as you can plainly see, will fulfill Romans 1:32. “Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.”

Those who live in and for Satan’s world will not only begin to accept the right, if you will, of those individuals to live openly in sin, but attempt to force all to accept them as well by creating rules and laws, thereby not only enabling those who have determined to sin but mandating our acceptance of those sins. You as one who has been crucified with Christ have only two choices in this matter, you can stand against it or modify your life to accept it, but you must remember this, they have been blessed with the same free will to choose the path of their lives that you have.

We see those who are living a life of sexual freedom as confused and lost, they see themselves as free from the bondage of any moral construct, we see those in false religious organizations as trapped by deceivers, they believe they are serving what they consider God, or at least a deity of their making. You will hear from every one of them these words, “You have no right to judge me,” and they are correct we do not, but the Word of God does.

It is called the sword of the Spirit, and although a simple glance in their direction will probably not convict them of these sins, the Word of the Living God will, either in a positive way or a negative one. The invisible things of God are clearly seen, and those words of Scripture will convict them, but do not expect it to change them, those precious words that we speak in love to them may only cause their heart to be further hardened.

Here is where you must be willing to hear the Holy Spirit if He speaks the truth of Matthew 7:6 to you, “Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.”

Only time can reveal to us if that person has indeed been given over to a reprobate mind, if indeed they are one of the wicked prepared for eternal damnation, God will show you, you must trust Him.

We are witnessing evil being allowed more free reign than in any other time in the history of mankind on a world-wide scale, exactly as the Lord told us it would happen. “But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” (Matt. 24:37) The ark, the Rapture, is being prepared, and the dangers for us will grow as that time approaches.

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” (Romans 1:16)

Their lack of shame should teach us not to be ashamed.
