Intentionally Evil

“In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.” (Gen. 3:19)

I believe that for much of Adam’s life he was a very frustrated and at times a very angry individual, and I believe at times that his wife felt the brunt of that. He knew that it was his fault they were driven out of the garden of Eden, but it was his wife who sinned first, and we like to blame others for our mistakes.

The reparations financially meant to appease people of color for what happened to their ancestors, the Uniform Basic Income, the enabled society that is drawing closer, allowing people to steal because of their own lack of initiative to work by the sweat of their brow, all these and more are the path that humanity is taking, attempting to appease those whom they have not personally injured, while calling it a progressive society.

“Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me.” (Gen. 4:14) Cain said these words long before an eye for an eye was written, and you must remember this, this was not a twenty or thirty year old young man speaking, the verse alone infers that not only were there many people on the planet at the time he spoke them, but some of them had moved on, had migrated to other parts of the planet, yet kept in contact with each other in some way, and that there were those who would seek retribution, vengeance or justice, whatever term you prefer, for the life of Abel that Cain had taken.

Many only care to recall Matthew 24:38 in these days, “For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,” while completely forgetting Genesis 6:5, “And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”

This was not a large group of people living in a singular location, but evil transgressors going willingly further and further into depravity of every sort imaginable, spreading across the planet. The Almighty killed everyone of them because of this, and He is preparing to do so again. “And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect’s sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.” (Mark 13:20)

The action of love is grace, unmerited favor towards us from the Lord God, but this age of grace is coming to a close, and if you truly contemplate it my friends, that grace was there for Adam and Eve, it was there for Cain, it was there when the Most High shut the door of the ark and it will be there when those who have been saved by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ are caught up to meet the Lord in the air.

And it will still be here, at least for some, when Jacob’s Troubles begin.

“For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.” (Malachi 3:6) Adam lived hundreds of years with the knowledge of what he did, he watched as sin enveloped the world, as evil filled the hearts of all that sprang from him. The word “frustrated” cannot emphasize enough the life of that man.

If your heart is set on serving the Lord solely for the glory of God, as you watch these days of the beginnings of sorrows unfold, you are not thinking about marrying and giving in marriage, but of those evil intents of the heart of man, working while waiting for the door of the ark to close.

There are several items I would ask you to consider before you click on the Donate button.

1.    Please pray carefully about donating; “Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.” (2nd Cor. 9:7)

2.    Your first responsibility is to the Lord; “Honor the LORD with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase”: (Prov. 3:9)

3.    You must consider your family after your first responsibility; “But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” (1st Tim. 5:8)

4.    If you determine that you have been blessed by this ministry and decide to donate, please know this, your donations will be accepted with great thanks, and all the glory will go to God.
