Heaven Or Hell

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)

And those who do not will be cast into eternal darkness forever.

That is it, that is how simple it is, there are no gray areas, there are no ifs, ands or buts, if you are not born-again you will spend eternity in the Lake of Fire.

Being fair on God’s part is not in the equation, He is the Sovereign Lord over all creation, reality as we know it does not exist without Him, this is what He has determined, and this is what will be. You don’t have to like it; in fact the Almighty does not care if you like it or not.

“For there is no respect of persons with God.” (Romans 2:11)

“For he is not a man, as I am, that I should answer him, and we should come together in judgment.” (Job 9:32)

Whether you want to call it predestination, being chosen, being called, accepting the Lord, it matters not what terminology you give it, there are two, and only two places that people go when they die, heaven or hell.

There is no third option.

All who have been saved since Adam sinned have been saved in the same way, by grace through faith, when Christ rose from the dead, the mystery was revealed.

“No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.” (John 6:44)

“And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” (Acts 16:31)

Without believing the truths of what the Scriptures say about the Lord Jesus Christ no one will enter into the Kingdom of the Living God. Those who do not believe, for whatever reason, will die in their sins and go to hell.

These are the very basics of the Scriptures concerning what we will call the afterlife, about the eternal damnation or eternal joy of a person’s soul, yet it is rare to hear these foundational truths preached from the pulpit anymore. They are too blunt, too straight forward, they offer no alternative and will accept no excuses, and if there is one thing that most people do not like anymore it is absolute, dogmatic truth.

Extended free will, if we may call it that, has offered the opportunity to make absolute truth into a relative truth, one that is constructed in the mind by a deceived heart, it is taught in primary, secondary and university classes today, that the truth is what you make it. And the result is clearly visible to even the unlearned man.

“If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalm 11:3)

And they have been.

Like the brute beasts they are, and always have been, the wicked follow where they are led, and the one leading them finds no more difficulty in doing so than the day he stepped into the garden of Eden.

The saddest part in my mind, which in all honesty I did not realize how extensive it was, and is, came to my realization when I first began posting the videos and these letters on YouTube. Watching and commenting on content creator’s videos that professed to know the Scriptures who were so far away from the absolute truths of the Word of God that it was difficult for me to comprehend how they could have so many subscribers and comments. And nearly all of them agreed with their misinterpretations, and not only that, but nearly every time I attempt to correct them, they become adamantly aggressive.

“For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life:” (Prov. 6:23)

I will not lift myself up here, I am no more than another man seeking the absolute truths of the Scriptures by seeking the face of God, but when I know that His truth has been revealed to me, I will not back down.

“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:31)

We are talking about the souls of people here, and if the truths of the Word of God have been revealed to you, you are not only responsible to offer those truths, but to stand against the lies.

The knowledge of the absolute truth of heaven or hell is within you. Act accordingly.

2.    Your first responsibility is to the Lord; “Honor the LORD with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase”: (Prov. 3:9)

3.    You must consider your family after your first responsibility; “But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” (1st Tim. 5:8)
