This is Satan’s world, we are in enemy territory, we are the enemy of the world, and the attacks have in earnest begun. He is no longer hiding in the shadows, he is approaching the city center, and soon will make himself known.
We will not be here, (2 Thess. 2:7) but we have many brothers and sisters in Christ who will be, they just do not realize this yet. Many of them will die, they will be beheaded, (Rev. 20:4) and if you do the research in the right places about the main instrument of all these decapitations, you will see that they are not only being mass produced at the time of this letter to you, but they are being distributed around the world.
These are some of those that we are trying to reach, and one of the best ways that we have to do this now is the internet, specifically the social media platforms. Hundreds of millions of people are on all of these different sites every day, they do not shut down, they are always open, and it is where a large number of the lost spend a great deal of their time. Some of those lost souls will listen to the call, most will not, but that is not our responsibility, we are to proclaim the truth, not explain it, unless it is asked of us, we have a simple message with a warning, the one who rules this present darkness, (2 Cor. 4:4) knows his time is short, and he has begun to roar like a lion. (1 Peter 5:8)
This much is obvious to even the most “casual” Christian, and as I have said numerous times, what are you going to do about it? Here is your opportunity, here is where those future, as of yet unknown even to themselves brothers and sisters of ours are at. And here then is where we should be. It is as simple as placing a Scripture verse in one of the comment sections, someone will reply, someone always does, but you must prepare yourself, to the greater part of them you will be speaking as a foolish person. “For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.” (1 Cor. 1:18)
You must prepare yourself to be belittled, to be mocked and ridiculed, but you must remember this, “If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.” (John 15:18) And it will, they will. “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.” (Matt. 10:16) The Shepard is your refuge and strength, but still, you must prepare yourself for harsh words.
There is no better way to fulfill Mark 16:15 today, “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” You can do this from the comfort of your house, from anyplace on the planet, and be virtually assured that your words, His words, will be heard. We in a sense are the new missionaries, and although the time that we will spend with each of these individuals will be short, perhaps only a few sentences exchanged, the context, if you allow the Holy Spirit to use you in this manner, can be life changing for those who He has blessed with ears to hear. Perhaps not at that moment, but the Scriptures are clear and true, “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11)
The Lord God does not speak audibly from Mount Sinai today, He is not behind the veil of the Temple’s Holy of Holies, “Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.” (Malachi 3:1) We are the people of the message today, we are the ones that bear the message of salvation, we are to be the mouthpiece of the Most High.
You can say that you do not know how to do any of this, that you know nothing of these social media sites, that you would not know what to say, but all you would be doing is emulating Moses at the burning bush. You will be in the minority, you will be laughed at and hated, but you just may become profitable, and hear more than one “Thank you” when you arrive home.
