False Teachers

No one who professes a complete and total faith in Buddha will enter into the kingdom of heaven, they will die in their sins and spend eternity in the lake of fire. No devout Mormon, no Jehovah Witness, not one person who believes and adheres to all the doctrinal statements of the Roman Catholic Institution, none of the gods of India, China, even those in the United States that are served can grant any man eternal life. “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6)

What I have termed “religious organizations,” in letters past are nothing more than cults meant to keep people in bondage to sin, they are money and wealth making business’, they all have a hierarchy, a set power structure, the higher you are in the organization, the more you will receive from that power structure. These are the gods of wood, stone, and other materials that are spoken of throughout the Scriptures, some of them are man-made, some are demon initiated and maintained, all are based on a works system that deny what Christ did on the cross, that His sacrifice was enough. They are all intentionally doing all that is within their power to keep the eyes and hearts of men off of the only Redeemer of all mankind.

This is one of the main reasons I have so much difficulty understanding why those who call themselves followers of Christ, those who lead evangelical churches, will associate in the local interfaith organizations around the globe. We are quite clearly told “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?” (2 Cor. 6:14) Yet this pattern is followed continuously by many. God does not see the difference between bending His commandments and breaking them, there is no such thing as a part-time servant of the Most High, there are the saved and the lost, but there has also always been those who have been either unwilling or unable to distinguish between the good and evil.

This can be forgiven the weaker brother, the one who has only just come to the throne of grace and laid his life down for the purpose of God, but those who have studied the Scriptures, those who know the truths found within them are without excuse. “My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.” (James 3:1) If you are going to teach the Word of God you had best be sure, as positive as you can possibly be, that you are being led by the Holy Spirit in the truth of His word. Anyone who is in a position of authority in any of the aforementioned religious structures will debate at length their beliefs, and according to the books they use, they will be absolutely correct in their debatable points, but according to the Word of God, what the King James Bible expounds, each and every point they debate that is of eternal value to the soul of man will be wrong.

So, what does one do when all else seems to fail in the conversations with these individuals, what are we to do when we are shown that even one more word will be casting pearls before swine, what should our last response be to those lost souls before we shake the dust of our feet off, (Matt. 10:14) and move on. I have found only one thing that works, and it has worked each and every time, tell them to put God to the test.

We are told to do as much with our finances in the Book of Malachi, “Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.” (3:10) And it may be the last opportunity they will ever receive. God calls many, (Matt. 22:14) but He does not call them every day, some He will eventually give over to a reprobate mind, (Romans 1:28) and so every effort must be made until the Spirit of God tells us “Enough, leave this one alone.” Should you stop praying for them? Of course not, but if you are familiar at all with how the Lord of Glory operates, you will find that many of those you have fervently prayed for in the past have long since gone out of your constant thoughts, it is the Lord’s way of moving His children forward.

Many of these institutions are willingly evil, some are misled, all are opposed to Christ, all will say that there are traditions, regulations, acts that must be performed, or those that follow will not know eternal rest, they will know no eternal peace. The God-fearing church preaches repentance and the resurrection, it preaches about the blood that was shed for us, it uses the Word of God constantly, in love and truth, to convict sinners of their need of submission, and leads the assembly in worship and obedience for the glory of God and for that reason alone.

The life we lead here, the one we are following here, is the only way to the Father, if, and only if, that way is through Jesus Christ and through Him alone, all else are thieves and liars, (John 10:8) false prophets, (1 John 4:1) hirelings and not the Shepard. (John 10:12) Make sure you know for a fact who it is that you are serving, and why.
