Escape

“All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.” (Isaiah 53:6)

Sheep, cattle, any herd animal that has basically been domesticated, which in all reality means no less than enclosing them in some form, generally a fenced in area. They travel in groups not unlike a wolf pack, but these are generally used for what they can provide man, food and clothing. Not that long ago a man was able to live off the land if he so desired, grow his own food, hunt and kill when he was hungry, use the available natural resources to provide some form of shelter, but most people are not that different from those herd animals, the fences are called laws, and the wolves have placed them there.

You are no longer allowed to kill animals for food without some type of license and only in what they have deemed the proper season to do so, only so many fish can be obtained, certain varieties of plants are even regulated, all for what those who are in authority over us have determined is best for us. Individualism is allowed to be expressed only so far, the herd must be kept fenced in.

Throughout all of history, there has always been wolves, people who believe through the sin of pride that they know what is best for all, and there can only be one logical conclusion to the end of these precepts, a single individual to rule overall. The antichrist will be that man. By cruel deception he will deceive many, the greatest benefit to all will be shown to be achieved only by the groups effort, and all for a singular cause that most will completely miss, the worship of himself by all mankind.

The Word of God is true, we are like sheep, we are not only easily diverted, but we are easily led astray, and fences are seen as nothing more than something that must be moved along, not jumped over. The natural order of man is to obey the stronger force, one will rarely stand against ten.

Everything that we are seeing today is leading to a conclusion, power is being rearranged, forces are being set in motion for the rise of this singular individual, the fences are being moved in, freedom must be removed before one will submit, or die. You have only two options left today, you can submit or you can die, there is no third option. “Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?” (Psalm 94:16)

When the Lord calls a man, He is calling him to die, not just in accordance with Galatians 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” (Gal, 2:20) Not just in the removal by his own free will of his free will by the Holy Spirit of God for the glory of God, but many times a physical death that will also glorify Him.

To stand for Christ in many places today is a dangerous path to tread, far worse than being mocked and ridiculed, many are imprisoned, tortured and killed by those that hate the name of Jesus. Those brothers and sisters of ours in these places do not pay any attention to those fences that have enclosed them, they find a way around them or they jump over them. “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15) For them that does not mean showing up to church every Sunday, it means what is says, go and search for My lost sheep. “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” (John 10:9)

We are the only ones that know and understand this truth, we are the only ones in this world that know where that door is, we are commanded to show those who are still fenced in where it is, no matter the cost to ourselves.

Many, if not most pastors do not preach this message anymore, they have settled in, as it were, in their own little fences with their well-known congregation and have forgotten the great commission, rarely is the assembly taught how to go outside of the fence these days, and few have a desire to.

It is a well-known fact that an animal captured in the wild who is put into a cage will tear at that enclosure with all its strength, until its will is broken, and then, after time, even when the cage door is left open, it will not leave, its spirit has been broken. For some it does not take very long, they have given up, others would rather die. God has called you to die, if it’s on your knees, it should be because you are praying, if on your feet, it was because you were standing for Jesus Christ. “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.” (2 Tim. 3:12)

2.    Your first responsibility is to the Lord; “Honor the LORD with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase”: (Prov. 3:9)

3.    You must consider your family after your first responsibility; “But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” (1st Tim. 5:8)

4.    If you determine that you have been blessed by this ministry and decide to donate, please know this, your donations will be accepted with great thanks, and all the glory will go to God.
