Divert The Conversation

“Therefore thus will I do unto thee, O Israel: and because I will do this unto thee, prepare to meet thy God, O Israel.” (Amos 4:12)

This is either one of the most frightening verses in the Scriptures, or one of the most reassuring to you. Consider those words “Prepare to meet thy God.”

The world, my friends, is in a downward spiral, the hedges have been lowered, and are continuing to be so, Satanic forces have been allowed more free will, evil men are in control of almost every nation, and the people mourn. The Almighty places those He chooses in positions of authority, not Satan, and when a nation begins to move away from the Lord, one which at least on the surface once gave Him the glory, then these men of low character are allowed to rule.

“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.” (Prov. 29:2)

We may have quite a lot more mourning to go through before we meet the Lord in the air.

I will not presume this in its entirety, but I believe that many who have been born-again are viewing the same social media sites, I believe it is the Holy Spirit directing us to do so. We pray for wisdom, for Spiritual discernment and for truth, and the world system is fixated on lies and diversions. What I want to ask you is this, not if you are able to see the truth of these days, but are you willing to accept them.

“All these are the beginning of sorrows.” (Matt. 24:8)

Each truth that leaks out will be attempted to be covered up by a diversion, the next new horrific event that will capture the attention of the general public. Only those who have been crucified with Christ are being blessed to be able to see past those diversions, to see the truth behind the scenes, behind the curtain, so to speak. Once you see them though, can you accept them as such?

The magician loses all his wonder when someone learns how the trick is done, and that is where we are to be.

“Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.” (2nd Cor. 2:11)

Throughout all of history, when evil men have been placed in authority those who speak the truth are the greatest enemy, for the truth is like the light, it reveals the darkness. More than likely, you heard some news report that caught your attention today, and if it was a large enough event millions of others did also. If you are paying attention, you know that at best this supposed newsworthy event will be overshadowed by another one within just a few days. That is the plan, in part of our adversary, by the time certain facets of the truth come out in any certain event, the masses have moved on to the next big story.

Satan rarely takes large bites; he nibbles away at the edges.

By the time the truth is revealed, few care any longer.

“And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:” (2nd Thess. 2:11)

“But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” (2nd Tim. 3:13)

If you believe it is necessary, reveal the truth when you see it, but remember, all they are witnessing is the puzzle pieces being put together, you have already seen the entire picture. That is the truth you need to offer.

Do not get caught up in the moment, do not make your cause anything less than Christ. You know the ultimate truth, use these events that others will bring up in conversations to the advantage of revealing the truths of these days to others, yes, of course. But do not forget, we are not to be trapped by the deceptions and diversions, we are to reveal those eternal truths.

Divert the conversation to the truth of eternal life.
