“Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?” (Romans 9:20)
I am not called to make people feel better about themselves, I found this truth out not long after the Lord placed this pen and paper before me. To expound upon and reveal to those who will read these short letters of truths of the infinite love of our Father in heaven, His unsearchable longsuffering, mercy and compassion at times is spoken of here, but it is not the main focal point that the Holy Spirit is using me for His glory.
Nor is it the depths of eternal suffering that awaits all who deny the Lord Jesus Christ, though at times this is also revealed here, and sometimes I fear in too great of detail for many to desire to hear.
Without pride or conceit, with little thought of how many read these letters, I place the words on this paper as I am led to.
“And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.” (Jude 1:23)
I am sent to those to whom Matthew 15:8 is written.
“This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.”
To those who adhere, by their own free will, to the works-based religious cults that profess that the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ was not sufficient in and of itself for the salvation of their soul, that some deed must be performed by them before the Almighty will accept the shed blood of His Son. I detest them with all my soul for their arrogance, and so in love I contend for the truth amongst them.
Whether it be baptism, special words spoken in a specific pattern, traditions followed, I am disgusted by those who believe that works performed by dust towards salvation would be honored on the alter in the Kingdom of the Most High God.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Eph. 2:8-9)
I am sent to those who sit in the pews of so-called Evangelical churches, who converse about the things of this world before and after the service, who believe worshipping in the presence of the Most High God means little more than singing the songs and listening half-heartedly to the message of the morning.
To those who would not dare speak the most Holy name of the One they profess to serve outside of that building to others, who are either too embarrassed, ashamed or do not feel it is their place to seek for the lost. I am sent to those who believe proof of salvation is adherence to Hebrews 10:25.
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”
Whose lives reflect submission to the will and Word of God because of some misconstrued moral concept within their mind that if they do not, He will punish them.
I am sent to those who believe they must continue in the Law in some form or fashion, and usually only the parts of it they feel comfortable with, to those who will not study to show themselves approved, but wait upon the pastor to reveal what they are to be, who believe they said the proper words they were told to say and so now have been born-again.
I have no choice in this matter, I write what I am led to write, stark warnings to those who have a form of godliness, to the “church goers,” to those who still live in and for the world, yet believe because they are good people who attend church, who say they believe in God, who sit in the pews and believe worshipping the Living God just means showing up on Sunday morning.
They are on their way to hell, and I have been sent to warn them of the foolishness of their ways.
I do not have to like what the Almighty has called me to do, this is what I have been commanded to do, so I follow where He leads.
If you are convicted by these Letters of Truth, so be it.
If not, so be it.
