Brainwashed

The strong and healthy rarely seek for help, those who are of a constitution that requires no assistance in what they desire to do, do not go about looking for someone to give them any assistance. Nor do the prideful.

The Spiritually weak and uninformed would just as many times stay as they are than look to others for knowledge, pride keeps those desires at bay. Many who follow religious organizations that do not lift up Jesus Christ as Lord and as the only way to the Father (John 14:6) follow this trait of pride, they have for all intents and purposes been hypnotized, brainwashed, and to assist them out of those lies is a difficult task indeed. Over the years I have found it almost impossible, for they have been taught that there are dire consequences if they do not obey all that they have been taught.

“These words spake his parents, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had agreed already, that if any man did confess that he was Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue.” (John 9:22) The Pharisees of the days of Jesus on this earth found that they were losing a significant part of their followers, they threatened not only expulsion from the Temple and the ability to worship the Lord in that setting to all who would follow this “Prophet,” but the inability to perform other tasks within the community. Then came the beatings, the imprisonment, torture and killings. I am quite sure that Paul, once named Saul, (Acts 13:9) was not the only authority figure of the day who believed that this was the proper way to rid the nation of those who followed this Jesus of Nazareth.

In time the Roman Catholic cult replaced them, causing an inconceivable number of deaths, suffering, intimidation and all manner of evil, prideful tribulations upon all who will not follow their traditions. Those who have been deceived into believing their lies are brainwashed, and from a very young age most generally. They have evolved to a point that to question the church’s commandments upon them is to question the voice of God Himself, and if they by any chance leave, they are not only excommunicated, but are deceived into believing they will suffer the greatest tortures of hell. It is just one of Satan’s churches, all religions that do not lift up the name of Jesus Christ as the only way to salvation are doomed to fail, and all those who follow them will find their place in the Lake of Fire.

It is one of the reasons I have little respect for Evangelical pastors who are part of a local interfaith ministry, they do not want to be “left out,” as it were, and so they attempt to please the Lord by dining with the Pharisees of our day, those religious organizations that seem Spiritual. Matthew 15:8 is not for the wicked, you must understand this, “This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.” And those who follow without question any organization that does not claim that Jesus Christ is alone the only way to the Father are heralded by 2 Timothy 3:13, “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” Along with Matthew 15:14, “Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.”

You may try to lead them out of that pit, you may offer to them the truths from the Word of God and pray that they will be shown the light, but few will listen, they have been blinded by Satan, by traditions, by those who dress in such a manner as to attempt to provoke a semblance of holiness unto others. Their punishment will be great. They will hear “Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels.” (Matt. 25:41) There will be great joy amongst the children of God on the day that all evil is cast into the Lake of Fire, but today there is sorrow when we ponder the fate of those who will not listen to the truths offered to them.

2.    Your first responsibility is to the Lord; “Honor the LORD with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase”: (Prov. 3:9)

3.    You must consider your family after your first responsibility; “But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” (1st Tim. 5:8)
